The online service’s user register, partner register

This policy describes which information is collected of Indalgo Oy’s partners, the partners’ contact persons and visitors to the website, as well as how this information is utilised.

 

Data content of the registers, storage and use of the data

Data stored in the registers include the name, email address and phone number of the person, as well as company name. The data that is stored in the registers is obtained from the persons from, among other things, messages sent via online forms, email and social media services, agreements, meetings, and other situations in which the person discloses their data.

Indalgo Oy never discloses the data it has collected to third parties, except when requested to do so by the Finnish authorities.

The purposes of processing personal data are:

 

-Business communication and to maintain business relations.
-Processing website visitor data to ensure and develop the functionality of the website
-Processing personal data for purposes related to Indalgo’s services, e.g. product development, sales and marketing

 

Principles of protecting the registers

The registers are processed in a careful manner, and data processed by data systems is protected appropriately. The controller shall ensure that the stored data is processed confidentially and only by those employees whose job description authorises them to do so.

Indalgo Oy uses Hubspot CRM and marketing tools to communicate with customers and to create marketing communications. Hubspot is committed to protect their customers’ data as well as EU data transfers, as they use servers both in the United States and in Europe. Verifying, erasing and restricting data

Each data subject who has disclosed their data has the right to verify the data that has been saved of them and to request that any incorrect data be corrected or incomplete data be completed. If a person wishes to either verify or rectify the data that has been saved of them, a request must be sent in writing to Indalgo Oy. If necessary, Indalgo Oy can ask the requester to prove their identity. Indalgo Oy will respond to the customer within the time limit set in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (generally, within one month).

Data can be erased upon a person’s request or at the end of a business relationship.

 A person has the right to prohibit the disclosure and processing of their data for the purposes of direct advertising and other marketing.

Indalgo Oy uses cookies on its websites to improve user experience. Cookies are small text files that are sent to and stored on the user’s computer on the browser’s request. Cookies are used to give visitors access to a variety of functions and services and to collect a limited amount of information about visitors.

We use third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords) to store anonymous statistics of how visitors use the website. These cookies do not collect personal data, such as names or email addresses.
